AFE WELDING is the manufacturer of ‘Gate Designs UK’ and was established by Martin Cherrett in the year 2000.

Martin has 25 years experience in the Gate Sector and also has a portfolio of works carried out on Balconies, Stainless Steel Boat Railings, Garden Railings, Cattle Grids together with Staircases and general refurbishments.

From day one AFE WELDING have placed great importance on providing both products and services that can be relied upon, whatever their customers’ requirements.

AFE WELDING’s factory workshop is located in Ringwood in Hampshire, which can be found by clicking on the Location page.

Ringwood Pedal Car Grand Prix

Ringwood Pedal Car Grand Prix has become a firm favourite with the general public and competitors alike, who come to enjoy racing around Ringwood's town centre. AFE Welding have a strong presence in the internationally famous event. This car was built by Martin Cherrett at AFE Welding and has been improved and modified several times – it will have new bodywork for this year. The car won the Ringwood race in 2006, and was 3rd in the New Milton race in 2007.
